Wharfedales Denton 85, marks the 85th anniversary of one of their most famous and popular loudspeakers to date; the Denton.

The original Denton was widely known for bringing fantastic, natural sound and quality craftsmanship to an audience who previously didn't have access to such high quality hifi, thanks to the Dentons affordability. The newly revised speaker still maintains this legacy, while upgrading almost every component, with modern materials and techniques. Using Wharfedales new woven kevlar cone, mounted to a rigit die cast chassis, allowing for rich, details bass and midrange. The Denton also features a woven textile, soft dome tweeter with a high flux ferrite magnet, for smooth and detailed highs.
