The 'Isis' is one of Rega's flagship CD players, designed to the highest possible standard to achieve the best possible audio performance. Utilising two Burr-Brown PCM1794 digital to analogue converters, aligned in a parallel dual mono mode, the digital content within your CDs is retrieved and relayed to an exemplary standard with every micro dynamic left intact. 

This digital section has been meticulously assembled with each part chosen for their attention to audio detail. Drastic improvements over the CD mechanism, along with a quality optical amplifier, DSP core, PLL and master clock/motor supplies. These premium components and stellar technological engineering are found within a luxurious genuine black chrome lid and front fascia, with a customised solid anodised aluminium case.

The valve version of the Isis CD player sees this impeccable digital technology combined with a valve-based analogue stage, complete with passive filtering. This unique analogue stage makes use of two military grade, triple mica 5814A (ECC82/12AU7) triodes, being driven by the superlative Wolfson WM8741, ultra-high-performing DAC chipset.
