Project started in the hifi business designing and manufacturing affordable stereo turntables in the early 1990's, beginning with the entry level Debut model. It was a great success, as all other turntables on the market at that time were at least £100 more expensive, without offering a performance benefit. Project have gone on to extend the range of turntables they offer at all popular price points and performance levels, through midrange to high end models.
ProJect are famous for engineering, designing and manufacturing some of the most critically acclaimed turntables in the market. This is due to the care and attention that ProJect take during the entire process of creating their products; precisely choosing and building each individual component with the highest standards of quality. The tonerarms that Project produce undergo the same vigorous design process, as the tonearm is often considered the most important part of the turntable.
The Evolution 12CC is Project's flagship tonearm design, comprising of a single piece of conical carbon fibre. This construction allows not only for the drastic reduction of unwanted resonance and vibration, but also for the reduction of standing wave reflections, resulting in a superior sound quality overall. The armbase is equally as solid and accurate, while the counterweights are dampened with sorbothane to further reduce potential parasitic resonance.

UK Delivery orders are sent via our couriers' DPD Local on a next-day-delivery service and usually take between 1 and 3 days.
