We have recently  taken delivery of the reference standard Sennheiser HD800 headphones from this famous German audio company. Beautifully presented in a sturdy velvet lined case, these headphones could make you give up listening on loudspeakers forever, such is their amazing sound quality. Whilst not winning any style awards, this new £615 NAD C565BEE CD player and NAD C356BEE integrated amplifier at £630 from NAD is surely to win friends for it's excellent sound quality. Finished in the expected matt grey colour scheme (as most NAD products have for the last 30 odd years), they do incorporate some technical features from the Masters high end series that help them to achieve a level of performance that totally belies their price.

Panasonic incredible wall of TV's

We are just back from a two day trip to the IFA show in Berlin, the largest consumer electronics exhibition in Europe. All of the major brands were there as expected, but Panasonic stole to show with this display of LCD flat screen TV's - the sheer size and scale of their display was incredible.

Loewe displayed a very modern and chic range of TV and audio products in a minimalist style. Three design concept TV's looked interesting too. The exhibition stands themselves must have taken days to construct and cost many thousands of Euros. Yikes!
