Spendor engineers have excelled themselves recently with the new £1295 Spendor A3 <!

It may be the baby of the Bower and Wilkins range, but the B&W CCM616 provides so much performance for the money (£149 per pair) that we use them widely in Sonos multi-room music systems. They are full range speakers which can delivery decent bass, and offer a fine sound quality. They are quite deep at 103mm so you will need to check that you have sufficient space i

We are often asked for 'wireless speakers' by customers visiting our retail store, often as many times as I have fingers on a Saturday! Through gritted teeth, we explain that wireless speakers can only exist if batteries are the power source, or some other form of zero emission power such as solar or wind....then we explain that this Sonos S5 speaker is the closest we have come to finding a truly good sounding stereo speaker unit with only one wire - the mains cable. This allows you to position it anywhere in your home, or even on the patio in good weather and a power socket!
We have been fans of the iconic B&W Zeppelin iPod dock speaker since it's launch in 2008 - we must have sold hundreds of them since then, and customers are always amazed at the sound quality on offer. B&W have now moved the game on again by improving the original amplifiers and drive units, but also now offering Apple Airplay compatibility. Sure enough, the new £499 B&W Zeppelin Air sounds substantially better than it's predesessor, but the Airplay addition is the icing on the cake. We had it streaming tracks from our iTunes library within about 10 minutes, and the sound quality is superb. On permanent demo in our showroom.
We were a little dubious if a market existed for a small, £1999 per pair premium priced stereo speaker in this iPod age, however our attitude soon changed when we were listening to the B&W PM1 speakers on the end of a Musical Fidelity M6 500i amp and Musical Fidelity M1 Clic as source. Wow, a much bigger sound than expected, with taut bass and amazingly clear midrange. Looking the part too, don't be afraid to leave the brochure on the coffee table so your wife can find it :-).
After being asked in the shop for the millionth time if we have 'wireless speakers' (sic) we were delighted to put these new Audio Pro Living LV2 wireless speakers on demo in the store. Finished in a sumptuous black or white grained leather with detachable fabric grilles, they look and sound fab! With 4 x 25W amps on board and wireless signal transmission via a lossless dongle, wireless speakers are definately coming of age.
The brand new Monitor Audio GX series of loudspeakers have just landed on the shop floor, and we are giving them a good running-in and listening in the demo room, so that we can get a feel for their particular sound quality. Build quality is superb as you would expect of this brand, with quality veneers and innovative curved cabinet design which minimises
